At Natam giving back to the community is one of our core values. Natam is active in supporting and advising a number of non-profit organizations:
Maagalei Shema is a non profit organization composed of deaf, hard of hearing and hearing professionals which was established for the purpose of bringing about change in society’s approach towards the deaf and hard of hearing, and to advance the rights of the deaf and hard of hearing in Israel. The organization initiates, develops and operates innovative programs in the areas of education, employment and recreation for the benefit of the deaf and hard of hearing community in Israel. The organization’s vision is that of an egalitarian and accessible society in which the deaf and hard of hearing are independent, productive and equal members of Israeli society.
Natam advises and supports Maagalei Shema in matters such as organizational and financial management and fundraising.
Shutaf operates one of Israel’s innovative and high-quality programs for children and young adults with special needs. The organization has created a unique model of activities that facilitate integration of children with a wide range of disabilities into activities with children without disabilities.
